On June 18, 2026, Shandong Chenhua International Trade Co., Ltd. had the honor of welcoming a delegation of renowned agricultural machinery distributors and procurement experts from Belarus.
The purpose of the Belarusian client’s visit is to gain an understanding of the company’s scale, wheel production process, and quality control, as well as to discuss future cooperation.
1. From Raw Steel Plate to Precision Forming: A First-Hand Look at Production
Accompanied by our technical engineering team, the delegation toured the production workshop, witnessing firsthand the transformation of flat, high-strength steel plates into robust, durable rims for tractors and harvesters.
The clients showed great interest in the coating production line. They also highly praised our automated robotic submerged-arc welding stations. Watching robotic arms lay down flawless, deep-penetration circular welds with precise, constant speed convinced them that our wheels are fully capable of withstanding the grueling demands placed on high-horsepower tractors operating under high-torque conditions in Eastern Europe.
2. Advanced Quality Inspection: Defining Engineering Quality Through Data
At Chenhua, quality is not merely a final inspection step but a dynamic process maintained throughout production. Our Belarusian engineers highly commended our high-standard processes—such as maintaining strict tolerances to eliminate wheel wobble and employing manual deburring to protect tire beads. They sincerely appreciated management’s implementation of the automotive-grade IATF 16949 management system in the manufacturing of heavy industrial components.
3. Strategic Alignment: Reaching a Preliminary Business Agreement
Following the comprehensive factory tour, the two teams held in-depth discussions in the executive conference room regarding regional technical requirements and supply chain logistics. Chenhua’s production scale, rigorous quality benchmarks, and efficient factory management left a deep impression on the Belarusian delegation, who fully affirmed our capabilities as a long-term OEM and custom supplier. A preliminary business cooperation agreement has been officially reached.
